I took my FX in for some overdue service. As always, the service was prompt and everyone was friendly and courteous. I was quickly taken care of, given a loaner car and was on my way. The experience was excellent from start to finish. When I took my car in, I was attended to promptly. I was given a loaner car without a hassle, and was able to get to work without delay. I initially went to test drive a vehicle. John greeted me at the door and was extremely helpful from start to finish. I had the choice to go to other car dealerships. I signed up for an Infiniti through an o at the door and was extremely helpful from start to finish. I had the choice to go to other car dealerships. I signed up for an Infiniti through an online site that my job provides. I immediately received a call from John. He wasn't pushy, he took the time to communicate with me and listened to my responses. I new immediately that this was the dealership that I wanted to test drive my 1st Infiniti at. John took the time to pinpoint my likes and dislikes before he even showed me 1 vehicle. Needless to say he listened very well and I left the Infiniti dealership with the car of my dreams that I did not think I would actually be in for a while.
