All the dealers responded but, Infinity of Denver offered me a price on a new Q50S I couldn't believe and couldn't refuse. I worked with John Vattros at Infiniti of Denver and am very pleased with the attention, assistance and service I received from him. The purchase process was simple and straight forward. Since I was from out of state, flying in to Denver to close the purchase and take delivery of the vehicle, John met me at the airport and brought me to the dealership. A nice, extra touch. This purchase was one of, if not the best, vehicle purchase experience I've had over the years. More

After buying our Inifiniti a few months ago we've been to Denver Infiniti twice for routine oil changes. We had never visited this dealership prior to this recent purchase, and just happened by. We were very pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the show room and how friendly and receptionist was. Toni was very knowledgeable about the model we were interested in and described things wonderfully about the car. Tony spent all the time we needed to answer our questions and test drive the car. On Wednesday September 25th at around 6 P.M. the radiator on my 2009 FX 35 cracked. I was still able to drive the car home as it was a slow leak. On Thursday at around 8:30 A.M. in the morning I called Ste on my 2009 FX 35 cracked. I was still able to drive the car home as it was a slow leak. On Thursday at around 8:30 A.M. in the morning I called Steve Cleckley to see how to handle this matter. He took my call even though it was his day off, as he always has, and sent me to Clark Hearold. Clark gave me the number for roadside assistance and my car was loaded up at around 9:45 A.M. and on its way to Denver for the service. At the time I had no idea that the radiator cracked so I was anticipating maybe three or four days for them to isolate the problem and fix it. Clark called me on Friday at 10 A.M. to inform me it was indeed the radiator and that the car would be done and ready to pick up around 2P.M. Originally I had the car towed because it wasn't in drivable condition and I live in the mountains so I wasn't sure how to handle this situation since I didn't want to drive 3 hours both ways to go and pick up the vehicle. Clark suggested that I call roadside assistance. I called roadside assistance and they also covered the tow back to my house. All of my service work was done for FREE! Thank God I bought the extended warranty with this vehicle or this could have been a real headache. Just another reason I am glad I own an Infiniti. Infiniti of Denver always takes great care of me in a very timely manner. More
