I originally went into Infiniti of Denver just to gather information on the Infiniti G25x. I was home on a 2 week leave from Iraq and really did not need to purchase a car at that time. I had driven the G37 information on the Infiniti G25x. I was home on a 2 week leave from Iraq and really did not need to purchase a car at that time. I had driven the G37 several times from Hertz and just loved the car, but I knew very little on the G25x. I did however know that I wanted to lease, if I did purchase. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Terry. He was very friendly when I met him. I told him I was home on leave from Iraq and only interested in checking out the G25x. So with no pressure he told me he had several to look at and took me to them. We found one and took it for a test drive. He showed me several of the features of the car before the test drive. While on the test drive he let me drive it hard to show me what the car can do, which really was the key selling point on the car. I had driven several AWD cars that just didn't handle like the AWD Infinity's. After we got back to the dealership, I was pretty much sold on the car, now it boiled down to payment and trade in on my car. I knew my car was good but not great. Having been a car salesman myself I kind of expected the games to start, but they never did. I filled out a credit app, knowing that my credit in the past was not the greatest. But he went to bat for me. I told him I was a member of USAA and he was able to get me a price on the new car I never expected. I had to leave at this point for an appointment but told him I would return. I thought he might take this as my way to get out of the deal and come up with some way to get me to stay, but he didn't, he let me go and I came back after my appointment. The finance offer had not come back at this point so he said he would call me the next morning if I got approved. The next morning I got a phone call saying that I was approved for the lease at the terms we discussed. I knew at this point I just had to get a little more money for my trade to get my payments where I wanted. I told him I would be down in a few hours. I showed up late due to traffic but he was still available to work with me. He also had the car all cleaned up for me and ready to go, even a full tank of gas. I basically told him flat out that he was giving me too little for my trade and just couldn't let it go that low, so he went to his manager and came back with a much better offer. Now it was a matter of payment. I wanted to be as close to my old payment as possible, and he did it. So I said its a deal and waiting maybe 15 mins for finance. The finance manager, Jon Fruend, went over all of the options available but knowing it was a lease there was only one, the service plan. He went into every detail about the plan and I signed up for it. Afterwards Terry came back and we went over to the service department and introduced me to a service rep and told me if I have any issues to see him. Finally we went to my new car. Terry went over every option of my car. Including helping me set up my blue tooth for my phone. I discovered options I didn't know it had on the car. After I left, I couldn't stop smiling, this was my first brand new car and I could not have been happier with the whole process. Terry made me feel comfortable during the whole deal. Never once did I feel like Terry or Infiniti of Denver was out to screw me. I def will be back in 3 years when my lease is up and hopefully buy the car I really want the G37x. I believe that anyone who goes into their dealership will leave very happy with the deal and the car. More

We just spent $1800.00 on complete 60,0000 mile service. When we took the cars home, they run like brand new cars. We own a 05, 06 FX35 and we have fallen back in love with these cars again. CoCo ,the cashier is always pleasant, the service manager always cares when we come in, and Eric Tuxhorn treats us special every time. We will always go to this dealership. Alan Lees More
This is my second car from Denver Infiniti and I will probably buy a third car (when the time comes) because of the service. Eric Tuxhorn is exceptional, and has always been curtious, knowledgable, and probably buy a third car (when the time comes) because of the service. Last month I sent request to Infiniti on Havana about new FX 35 as well as trade in. Terry Inghilterra responded very quickly, after brief phone call we scheduled test drive next day. Within 75 minuts of my walk in to the dealership I left with brand new 2011 Infiniti FX 35 after trading in my old 2004 FX. To rate my whole experience I must say it was very pleasent and quick (that mattered to me the most). I highly recommend stopping by or contacting Terry, very nice, highly qualified guy that made my experience with buying new car so easy :) More

We contacted the dealer in advance concerning a particular car, so we knew they had one in stock. Got great communication from our sales manager, had a test drive and decided to take the car. We began looking for a vehicle suitable to be used by our high school aged child in May of 2010. After over four months of searching car dealerships from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins and parts in between high school aged child in May of 2010. After over four months of searching car dealerships from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins and parts in between, including Longmont, Boulder and Denver, we finally found both the vehicle and dealership that met our needs. When we at last found the car we wanted at Infinity of Denver and agreed on price, we noticed a slight blemish on the roof in the paint. Our salesman insisted that we wait until qualified "detail" personnel were able access the situation and further that we make the deal contigent upon satisfactory resolution. The blemish was handled acceptably and we went through with the transaction as a result. We have been very pleased with the vehicle, but after one week's ownership, we found in reading through the oweners manual that we did not receive some critical key fob information. We contacted our sales person and he quickly located the missing data from another dealership that had sold the car when new! A significant factor in our decsion was the sales personnel; we felt we were buying from a reputable dealership when we worked with Infinity's Hal Taxin. He made all the difference and we would recommend this dealership to anyone as long as Hal is there. More
