My car was in for warranty work because of issues with the windows and the panoramic sunroof. The service center ended up, putting in a completely new panoramic roof in my car, and when I picked up my car the windows and the panoramic sunroof. The service center ended up, putting in a completely new panoramic roof in my car, and when I picked up my car when the work was done, the inside of my car was filthy. There were footprints and dirt/dust all over the floor mats and all over the black plastic trim where you enter the car. There were dirty hand/finger prints on the black leather seats, and 3 bolts sitting in the cup holder as well as a long piece of plastic molding (possibly from the old roof ?) laying on the front seat. I always thought that when cars were at dealerships for any sort of work, that they were somewhat cleaned after and run through the car wash. It is not a huge deal that the outside of my car was not clean, but I was pretty bothered by how dirty the inside of the car was when it was returned to me. More
