This repair has been handled directly through Infiniti as part of an ongoing OEM process addressing this specific bumper concern. Unfortunately, warranty coverage for the clear bra could not be approved, as it’s an aftermarket item not supplied by Infiniti. We’re continuing to coordinate with all involved parties to ensure your vehicle is properly addressed and appreciate your patience while we work toward a lasting resolution.
