Very disappointed in service experience. Did not expect this from Infiniti dealer. Just an oil change and tire rotation but service person (Kevin) did not meet or talk to me when I arrived and only briefl this from Infiniti dealer. I am out of town and this is not my usual dealership but I was very surprised and disappointed in my experience. At first when they told me the numbers, I thought yeah I’m not getting a car, but they worked with me. My sales person limage showed me the best car in the lot, so I picked the 1st car I was shown, I sti I’m not getting a car, but they worked with me. The financial advisor Hus went above and beyond looking for anything that could get me into the payment ball park I could afford. I really enjoyed my experience and felt welcomed. I came here to infinity Stuart because my co-worker told me she as been getting her car there since 2013, I can see why she is a devoted customer, and I will continue to do my service here, despite the distance I would have to take.
