First time I a have been dissatisfied and upset with Infiniti service. Long waits to get my car back. Zero communication unless I initiated it. Never did one of the things I requested. We are a previous infinity user. We have owned 3 other infinity cars. This time when we purchased our car we didn’t receive the brand service or quality of an infinity purchase experience. After 3 days of infinity cars. This time when we purchased our car we didn’t receive the brand service or quality of an infinity purchase experience. After 3 days of waiting for our salesman or service manager to contact us or setting up the special feature on the vehicle, we had to contact them to set up the appointment, and we had to track down the team to confirm. Very disappointed in the total experience and service provided. After the appointment they only put the protection cote on the car and didn’t set the car up with the notification for our next appointment or work with us to set up the special features. More
