My First Service Event at Infiniti Stuart I recently traded my Lexus SUV for an Infiniti Q70 and brought it in for the first service consisting of oil change and tire rotation. Coming from the Lexus experience, where I must say the treatment at service is above and beyond the call, Infiniti Stuart was equally good. Arriving for my scheduled appointment I was met by Kevin, the service representative. He told me the service would be on schedule and it wood take no more that 1 hour. Had coffee and doughnuts at the waiting area and sat down to see the mechanic work on my car. I was impressed at the process and cleanliness of the shop. A nail was found on one of my tires so I was quickly contacted with the options. Luckily it was removed without consequence. The service was completed on time and the experience was rewarding. Look forward at a good relationship with Infiniti Stuart. More
