We were lied to multiple times regarding a lease on a new QX60. They rescinded their offer with no explanation, then tried to lease us another suv (with less options) for more money. What?! After questioning why the VIN#’s didn’t match up, I asked to speak with the GM to verify. Brandon, the manager, told me he’d call the F’ing police if I stepped near Josh (the GM’s) office. Mind you, my pregnant wife was only feet away watching this insecure bully lose his composure when asked why we were being lied to. After calming Brandon down, Josh, the GM was able to make the deal work on the QX60 we’d originally negotiated - NOT the model they tried sneaking in. Overall, this was by far the worst and most stressful, unprofessional car buying experience I’ve ever experienced. I’d honestly prefer to pay more at a dealership that is honest with its customers. Side note: Cathryn (business development) was incredibly professional and likely the only reason my wife felt comfortable closing the deal. SHE SHOULD BE RUNNING THIS LOCATION. More
