We first visited to test drive the 2019 QX50 that we’d seen on Cars.com. While we loved the car, there were some features we wanted that weren’t available on the Pure that we test-drove. Josette was sensitive to our budget, helped us to prioritize my “have to’s” and “extras”, and searched the fleet until she found my car! She was honest about the features that are nice to have but that drivers often report using less than one might initially think. Once I test drove it and went home to discuss with my husband, she worked to prepare the paperwork so that we had a quick, easy, and seamless signing experience.
