Outstanding Experience I visited the Infinity of Clarendon Hills on Monday - May 28th, 2017. I was looking to leased a car and I was a little skeptic due to wasting half of I visited the Infinity of Clarendon Hills on Monday - May 28th, 2017. I was looking to leased a car and I was a little skeptic due to wasting half of my the day at a Buick Dealership in Elmhurst. I was pleasantly greeted upon walking into the showroom. I asked for a sales person and the lady at the reception desk paged for available assistance. Steve Johnson was the one that showed up first and from there on he made my day. He offed coffee, water and refreshments but since I was already burned out in another dealership I told him that I am just looking to get a quote for a car. He was extremely polite and I can tell that he knew his job. He start asking questions to understand what kind of car I am looking for. Very soon we found the right vehicle and he invited me for a test drive. That car (QX30) HAD IT ALL. This was the car of my dreams and I even didn't knew that such a car exist. I was very impressed by the car and I just asked to try to close the deal as soon as possible. Steve was very nice and helped me with the application process after we discussed the initial payment that I was comfortable with. Very shortly after i filled the application I was invited by another gentlemen to show me all of the features of my new car. He helped me set everything up, while the financing department was finishing all of the paperwork. We got in and out in less than 3 hours including Steve getting to know my needs, offering the right vehicle, the test drive, introduction to all of the features, signing the paperwork and delivering of the car. I want to thank you to Steve Johnson for all of his hard work and for making my day, I want to thank you also to the Management of Infiniti of Clarendon Hills for providing such an exceptional service and employing such an awesome people like Steve Johnson and the team that was helping him and me in getting to know my new car and closing the deal. I will definitely recommend (I am already recommending) Infniti of Clarendon Hills and Steve Johnson to all my Friends. Next time I will be looking for a car it will be nothing but Infiniti. Excellent service that started with an online question, quick response via email and phone calls. Once I got to the dealership, it was personalized service from the start. Awesome experience I found a used van online that interested me, and i emailed the dealer for more info. Someone called me back within minutes of my request. I came by that same day to test drive the vehicle(2002 Nissan Quest). Car had low mileage for a 15 year old vehicle. I like how the car drove, sounded great, clean interioir. The only issue was the speedometer wasnt working properly. The sales associate, Steve Johnson, helped very much on fixing this. After hearing back a few time on the status of the repair the car's speedometer was fix. I test drove it once more, and i was satisfied with the purchase of the car. The dealership put a good time and effort into making sure this car was in good working order before i drove it home. ... also there was no front licence plate holder, so Steve ordered one in. I came back a few days after the purchase and they installed the front plate for free. Great, easy, reliable purchase. More
