Long story short, my boyfriend fell in love with the QX80 when we saw one driving by one day. I told him I have the perfect dealership with an awesome salesman. I went to Clarendon Hills website, we searched their inventory & he picked the one he liked. This was on a Sunday night, I took a screenshot of the vehicle & emailed it to Mr. Bob Polanek, with my boyfriend's contact information. Monday, the next day at ~ 10am Bob called and asked when would he like to come out for a test drive. My boyfriend initially said Friday but was off this Monday so he called Bob back & asked could he come now. Bob said absolutely, he'd have the car waiting upon his arrival. The test drive went great & the QX80 was exactly what he wanted & more. My boyfriend purchased the vehicle that Wednesday from Bob. There was only a delay because he decided to use his job's credit union for financing. Mr. Bob Polanek is the BEST. More
