Especially helpful was their in house product vehicle specialist, Henry Kruchko. He was extremely knowledgable and showed so much enthusiasm on giving me a run down on all the most needed features. Add to it he still went above and beyond to help me out when I went in for the 1K mile check up, several months later. He even took time to follow up with me on some questions I had. Can't ask for much else! My experience at this dealer, from negotiating the deal to financing and then taking delivery went how I had hoped for -stress free! Highly recommend! -JJ More

Delivered as promised I called to make an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, they said it would be quick and easy. When I arrived I noticed a person that whe I called to make an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, they said it would be quick and easy. When I arrived I noticed a person that when I purchased my car he walked me through everything his name is Henry Kruchko . When he noticed me he came up and said what are you here for, and I said I was here for an oil change and he said let me see what I can do. Before you know it my car was in and out in less than a half hour... Got to love it when somebody tells you something and they deliver as promised ... More

Infiniti Fan for Infinity (based on Service Team) My relationship at Infiniti of Clarendon Hills began when I had to make a decision on my aging I35 two years ago. I purchased my 2011 G37X Certified My relationship at Infiniti of Clarendon Hills began when I had to make a decision on my aging I35 two years ago. I purchased my 2011 G37X Certified Used Car, at this dealership almost 2 years ago.. The person who was most influential in this process was Anna Chmielewska, Service Advisor. I know Anna is not in sales, but she was the driving influence for me to stay with Infiniti. She is extremely personal, professional, wicked smart on cars, understanding, relatable, honest and straightforward each and everytime I get my car serviced. Lately, I had an unfortunate theft of my car and then it was recovered. Both Anna and Fred were there to walk me through a recommendation to send it to Autobody Unlimited in DG, for stellar bodywork and detailing as they were trusted for Infiniti (and they were right). In addition, Anna went above and beyond to be sure my car was mechanically checked out after the incident, and always kept in touch to help me during his stressful time. It is now in fine working order and she always walks me through every step, even on a routine checkup. I will be a customer for life, truly because of Anna. In addition, Fred has always new another huge influence for me. When you buy a car, the service you receive trumps sales, in terms of what matters. Way to go! These 2 are amazing. More

Fast, great, honest service. I took my vehicle in for an oil change, the service director, Tony, dealt with me directly. He informed me of potential service that my vehicle might I took my vehicle in for an oil change, the service director, Tony, dealt with me directly. He informed me of potential service that my vehicle might require soon, but was not pushy at all and very honest (I felt) with my options and time frames for said repairs. The courtesy car wash was exceptional and I plan on returning to Infiniti to complete the repairs very soon. It's hard to find someone who's willing to be honest and upfront, and I felt very comfortable with our interaction. Very professional service department, I couldn't have felt better driving out of their facility. More

Their internet contact, Andreas Korallus was very helpful and in turn had their sales rep, Bob Polanek contact me. Bob and I had a thorough discussion about the car and every thing he represented about the car was very in depth and accurate. The car was priced in line and in fact lower than the competition considering the low miles and pristine condition of the car. But due to the fact that my purchase involved flying in from Colorado and driving a thousand miles back home, I made an offer on the car which Bob respectfully declined. Shortly there after I was contacted by Bob's sales manager, Joe Belmonte and Joe did an outstanding job of making the deal work for both of us. I flew in and was met at the airport by one of their drivers and driven to the sales center where I met Bob, Joe and the business manager, Jake Lubinski . They all treated me like "family" and after Bob and I did a thorough inspection of the car we finalized the deal.
