The dealer was very accommodating, providing me a loaner that was similar to the make and model and age of the vehicle I brought in for service. They followed up with me after the service was complete to h that was similar to the make and model and age of the vehicle I brought in for service. I provided 4's rather than 5's to two questions, and that was based on the fact that while they had my car in the shop for a longer than usual period of time, while they waited for Infiniti to provide parts to resolve my issue, it would have been nice to have received an email or phone call once a week to let me know the status. Overall, though, given the situation, my experience with Infiniti of Clarendon Hills was very good. More

We had to get a check engine light checked. First visit to service department,it went very well. That's when we first met Anna. Soon after we had another issue. I should be frustrated right? But i'm not. That's why I recommend Infiniti of Clarendon Hills service center. Anna is great. The best service we every had.Very personal. Stopped by unannounced for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told that it might take an hour and a half. My car was done in a little over an hour and it was washed too! rotation. I was having issues with my car. I called the dealer and spoke to Anna, she advised me to contact Infiniti Roadside. I ended up having it towed into the dealer. When I arrived I was greeted promptly by Anna who handled everything very quickly and correctly. :-) She even had a loaner car ready and waiting. I received a call later that day from Anna letting me know my vehicle was ready for pick up and what they had done to repair it (all under warranty). I relocated my Infiniti M35x from NJ about 6 months ago. Infiniti of Clarendon Hills is the closest to where I live, and it came highly recommended by my neighbor. I have worked with Mike and Fred (Service Advisors) and would rate their service a 12, on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best. Both treat me like I purchases my car at their dealership. I trust their advise on anything that needs to be fixed. On a recent visit, I was convinced that I needed new brakes. Mike told me to wait since I have more time on the brake pads. I have never been to any dealership where they advised against work. I trust these guys. The entire staff at Infiniti of Clarendon Hills offers help. I'm sure to buy my next car there. More
