I had an exceptional experience with Infiniti of Clarendon Hills. The customer service through the service department was absolutely A+! We were on road from Milwaukee to St. Louis when our car demonstrated shifting problems as we exited I-294 at Ogden for gas. We located Infiniti of Clarendon Hills & drove the car there for inspection. Mi demonstrated shifting problems as we exited I-294 at Ogden for gas. We located Infiniti of Clarendon Hills & drove the car there for inspection. Mike Harlow listened to our problem & worked us in during a particularly busy Friday morning. We departed the dealership an hour later with our car completely fixed after they downloaded some computer codes for the transmission. We have had no problems since their work was completed. Thank you to Mike & the entire Service staff of Infiniti of Clarendon Hills! You saved the day for us! More

Have been an Infiniti customer for many years. One of the biggest reasons is because of Mike Harlow in service. My lease was coming due and met a salesman named Bob Polanek.
