INFINITI of Clarendon Hills

Purchased pre-owned vehicle from this dealer because I had a good experience in the past with my Infiniti. After purchasing this vehicle a Lexus RX 350, it overheated after 2 days and I had to add coolant had a good experience in the past with my Infiniti. After purchasing this vehicle a Lexus RX 350, it overheated after 2 days and I had to add coolant. The front brakes were shot and the dealer did replace them. The horn doesn’t work and my 12v plugs do not work. The transmission shakes at 35 mph. The headliner keeps falling down. The dealer said they fixed the horn and 12v plugs but didn’t. They told me to go to Lexus to get the trans figured out. They tried charging me $250 for a diagnostic fee. On a just purchased vehicle. I do not recommend this dealer anymore and I am letting all of the people I pointed there to not go there or support them. Extremely disappointed. More
