Everyone was nice and helpful from the girl on the phone when I made my appointment to when I actually brought the car in. The only problem I had was the timing of the work being done. I brought the car in on Friday for a Saturday appointment, because I had use of another car for the weekend. I never received a call Saturday, so I called late afternoon and no work had been done. This delayed my pick-up until Monday, so I had to take an extra trip back to the suburbs from Chicago. More
Recently Infiniti opened a new dealership in Clarendon Hills, within 4 miles of my home! What a pleasure! Now, mind you, I was not disappointed in the service I received in the past years, because I have always been satisfied with Infiniti's specialized attention. Brought my car in for recall and oil change. The recall for gas gauge was not fix until I brought it back. Float was stuck. Was ciorrected and everything was OK. BROUGHT MY 2008 FX35 IN FOR A DASH BOARD ISSUE AND WAS TOLD THAT IS WAS UNDER A RECALL AND THAT IT WOULD BE FIXED AT NO COST TO ME. I RECEIVED A LOANER CAR AND THEY ALSO FOUND A RECALL ISSUE ON THE ODOM TOLD THAT IS WAS UNDER A RECALL AND THAT IT WOULD BE FIXED AT NO COST TO ME. I RECEIVED A LOANER CAR AND THEY ALSO FOUND A RECALL ISSUE ON THE ODOMETER ORDER PARTS AND GOT TO WORK ON THAT AS WELL. I HAD MY CAR BACK THE NEXT DAY.
