She evidently truly listened (which is a gift for a sales person) and pointed out the features that were important to me; comfort, fit, ease of drive, and benefits. She e-mailed twice, which was just enough to not be a bother. I called in late December to confirm she had the color and packages I wanted. Went in on Dec. 29 to test drive and came back that night with a cash purchase. More
