Worth the drive for exceptional service I have 2 dealerships closer to my house than this one. I have tried them. This dealership is just better. The waiting area is a great size, laid out well, and I can get some work done there comfortably when I wait on my car. They wash my car - always. The oil change is the same as I would pay at Jiffy Lube - and they wash my car - and I wait in a great environment. My service guy, Harvey, is nice, smart, and does his job like I want him to. He called me at 5pm on the day that I picked up the car from a bad running issue to make sure that it was all fixed with no new issues. In all honesty, if I could get my other brand serviced here too, I would. More

A bit disappointed Nothing against the service representatives but mostly against the mechanics working on my QX56. I dropped off my vehicle to get it service and unfortunately, a portion of the work wasn't done. I was charged for the labor and left out feeling taken advantage of. I called back and spoke with the service representative and wanted to speak with the manager. I also brought the one of the filters in question and laid on the desk that was suppose to be changed out but wasn't. The air filter was extremely dirty. I have children and I'm a asthmatic with bad allergies. So to be surprised with a lack of accountability from the service technicians is inexcusable. The service representative did what he can to rectify the issue and I appreciate his support. More
