He even took me to the BMW dealership to have the service records provided on the car I was buying. I have been looking for an Infiniti G37 for serveral weeks going to mutiple dealers trying to get the best value for the amount of money I was willing to spend and even though the dealers would have goo weeks going to mutiple dealers trying to get the best value for the amount of money I was willing to spend and even though the dealers would have good value either the car was not in quality shape or I did not get a feeling I would be supported after the sale. I decided to try Gwinnett Infiniti as last resort, I called and setup a time with Terrence Lanham and he was very accomodating with my schedule. He immediately ascertained my needs and provided several options and explained the pros and cons associated with each car choice also they were very fair with my trade-in. I decided that day to buy the car and since that day I constantly get a pro-customer experience as the dealership goes to no ends to ensure I have a positive experience. More

We had previously visited several other dealerships as we investigated and narrowed our choice of vehicles, and generally our experiences were not very positive - we routinely encountered overly aggressive salespersons from the moment we pulled in. Our experience at Infiniti of Gwinnett was very different, in large part due to Sean. He was matter-of-fact, informative and very knowledgeable, but as importantly, he was polite, patient and respectful of our space and our desire to make sure we were making the right decision. We never felt pressured for a moment by Sean, and other salespersons would do well to follow this example, particularly in the luxury market. Sean made our car-buying experience much more pleasant than we expected, and we are very appreciate. More

I was in the market for a used vehicle and found a car that was in my price range on-line at Infiniti of Gwinnett. Since we couldn't get there until the next afternoon, my husband stayed in touch with Don to see if the car was still there; luckily for us it was. When we arrived at the dealership, the car was sitting there waiting (as promised) and we were met with the warmest HELLO, I'm Don Wrobel. After the introductions, we test drove and got the paperwork completed; which by the way, was the easiest process I've been through for car buying. I never felt pressured or rushed. I just want to thank Infiniti of Gwinnett's Don Wrobel for keeping the car buying process the best by far I've had! More

There was never any "pressure" applied and they went above and beyond to ensure that all of my questions were answered. When picking up the car it was immaculate and Sean took the time to ensure that everything was set up and that all functionality was thoroughly explained. Overall this was a great experience, I would highly recommend Infiniti of Gwinnet for your next vehicle purchase! Ask for Sean, he's great! More

April 2, 2013 To whom it may concern: I purchased my 2011 Infiniti G37 at Infiniti of Gwinnett on March 16, 2013 It was a birthday gift to myself so I wanted to be sure I had a great experience. Upon my arrival; I called ahead to ask for a female salesperson because of my past experiences so I was transfered to Alexis Maple. I asked Alexis about a few cars and if they were presently in stock and she said sure, come on in and test drive what I liked. I informed her I was a few miles away so she asked for my phone number and I said it was not needed because I was nearby. When I arrived at the dealership, I asked for Alexis and when she walked up she immediately knew my voice and called out my name, she even stated she had my number from caller the ID just in case I got lost. Alexis showed great patience with my wife and I as we searched for a new vehicle. She displayed excellent customer service with assisting us on picking out a vehicle model and color. Alexis even offered assistance with a discount program with my employer which she was able to locate online. My wife noticed a used 2011 Infiniti on the lot and it was THE car we both liked, so Alexis was able to make my purchase very painless and memorable. The entire purchase DID NOT last all day as I have heard from previous customers who complained about their experiences at other dealerships. I can say that my wife and I had a pleasant experience at Infiini of Gwinnett and will not hestitate to return for future purchases. I was even introduced to the onsite Insurance Agency who saved me a ton of money on my car insurance, the rate was so great that I even switched my home insurance. Once my sale was completed, the customer service from Alexis didn't stop, she has assisted me with other details like getting a front license plated installed on my car and assisted with getting my car serviced as needed. Alexis introduced me to one of the service managers (George) who also has been very nice and helpful. These two staff members are a great asset to this dealership and my experiences with them along will entail me to spread more positive words to others about Inifiniti of Gwinnett.
