We called Walt and arranged for him to have the car ready to show us as we were flying in from Tennessee. We actually had two cars to look at but were very impressed with the one we purchased. Although I realized this vehicle was located half way across the country, my curiosity was peaked and I decided to contact Infiniti of Hoffman Estates via Auto Trader Online Chat to see if in fact the vehicle was still available. Immediately I was asked if they had my permission to contact me directly and within minutes Dodie Manaloto called. Dodie worked with me over the next several hours on a Wednesday afternoon to ensure my trust in Infinity of Hoffmann Estates and most importantly the quality and condition of the vehicle. By Thursday evening after a discussion with my wife, as this is something neither of us had done before, my decision was made and I was headed half way across the country to Chicago IL. I was still a little apprehensive when I arrived, but Dodie quickly put any fears I had to rest. He greeted me as a friend and took the time necessary for me to thoroughly inspect the vehicle, never once rushing me or pressuring me to close the deal. Within a few short hours, I inspected every feature, conducted a rigorous test drive, completed the necessary paperwork and headed home. It was long process to buy the car, when hours pass by hunger kicks in and promises of next 5-10 minutes for another step were keeping us from leaving to get some food and back when all is ready. We spend 5 hours total and we are happy with the choice. The deal was great and only that kept us in this long process - you only buy car once per 5-10 years. More

Right from when I first contact the dealership and got a hold of Tim McLean everything went very well. We communicated mostly through text which was very convenient and was able to establish a meeting time. When we finally got to the dealership Tim was waiting to great us. The dealership was very nice and clean. Everyone was very friendly and we even had the opportunity to meet Tim's supervisor and I apologize for forgetting his name. Everyone was very friendly and eager to help us out which really made us feel special. Tim throughout the whole time was very accommodating offering water and snacks along the way. Tim was very personable which really helps build that bond between customer and salesman. Tim kept us entertained throughout the process from greeting till end. Tim's best quality is that he is down to earth and very open minded. When when it came to getting the right interest rates, Tim was welling to let us take phone calls from our lending officer through some and work out a rate that would work. Michael was also very patient while everything was getting set. Michael was straight forward and not pushy at all with products or services. He explained everything and what we were doing right before we signed each paper needed. Though we did not get to know Michael on a personal level his professionalism was greatly noted by us. Before we left with the car we signed a backup contract with the lowest rate they could provide to us just in case we were not able to complete our deal with our lender. Overall this was one of the best car buying experience ever for me and my wife. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a car.
