Stay away from. This is the first time I ever write a review on an experience, no matter how bad or terrible it is. This time is an exceptional. The story is: I came This is the first time I ever write a review on an experience, no matter how bad or terrible it is. This time is an exceptional. The story is: I came in on a Monday evening to bring in the fiancé to test drive the Q60 with no intention of getting it that night as it was late (7:30P.M). During the dealing process, I came out to check on the condition of the car (show room) with 13miles one last time before taking the deal and spot a lot of swirl marks. I mentioned about the excessive swirl marks on it to Rick, the manager, and he promised to have it taken care of. They got me a deal and I went with it. I got home exhausted around midnight and parked it in the garage and head to bed as I got work following morning. I took the my daily car to work( due to no coverage and didn't want to show off ever) and I got home from work and took the q60 to drop it off at dealer to have the swirl marks removed. Eric was on top of it and gave me updates timely manner. A day or two later I came to pick up the car still spots a lot of swirl marks, like they never done anything to the car. So I tell him to have the detail guy to redo it, and went home with the loaner. Couple days later I got the words its all good and ready to be picked up. So I came to check it out, and checked around and spot chipped paint near the front plate. Mentioned that to Eric and he took pictures to inform his manager, and he insist me to take it home for the weekend to enjoy it and bring it back to have it worked on another day. I kept it couple days and wanted to the swirl marks buffed out and the damaged front bumper to have taken care of. So I contacted Eric to set up the drop off and loaner arrangement. The appointments fell through and new appoint date was set for Monday. I got off work and gave Eric a call right away to find out if he got the loaner ready for me. Called couple times with no answer, called customer service to get a hold of it with no success, and also left him texts without replies. So I drove there without knowing I will get the loaner or not. I informed the service rep. that I come to drop off the car for swirl marks removed and damaged bumper taken care of. He told me to sit in the waiting area for Eric to come see me. I waited 20 mins for him to come out. I can see him chit-chat in the manager's office. So I told the receptionist to call him out. He ignored it as I can see him through the glass. He later came out with George Solayman to tell me that swirl marks are normal on black car and the chipped paint has no documentation. He went on to say that it is not their problem and the damage is on me( he claimed it could be pets, other people and who knows) I told him it was parked in the garage and I got no pets no one else my at house. I informed him I had it for one night and bring it back right after work the next day. And the car was here the whole time for buffing job. I got ticked and told him, swirl marks should not be on new cars, and there is no way the damage I caused. ( From the look of the damage, it resembled the buffing disks grind it at an angle with a linear chipped paint.) The sales manager came out assess the situation and told me it will get clayed and bumper taken care of. Now it is the 6th day without updates on my car. It's a 60k OTD car. It is not a Honda or Nissan, it is an Infiniti, I expect better professionalism and service than that. I wanted to have a positive experience and ignored the wasted visits to have the swirl marks taken care of. But the last visit I felt it was unacceptable. The car spent more time at the dealer than in my garage, and I don't receive any apology letter or phone calls from anyone. The whole process they wanted me to give them good reviews despite taken care of the swirl marks and then paint damage and promising they will have the issue taken care of. Their practice is to get your business and once you have issues they will just work their way to waste your time and money. This will be my last Infiniti and Nissan. More

Our salesperson who we now consider to be a friend was Tim. He was the best salesperson that we have ever worked with as he didn't make us feel pressured into anything and was honest with us every step of the way. He even sold my husband on a car that he absolutely loves. He made sure that we were taken care of and even checked in with us after the fact. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable with our new purchases! He is a great asset to the Motor Werks family and they are lucky to have an employee that truly cares as much as he does! I recommend everyone go here and ask for Tim Mclean! More

End of Lease and purchase of new vehicle I was treated fairly and given a lot of useful information to make my purchase decision. I do have to say I did not know until after the purchase the car did not have a remote starter and this was a big disappointment to me. I just assumed every car has one now and did not ask. The Salesman and his Manager were very friendly and made me feel very welcome. I would be giving 5 stars if they had told me about the remote starter. More
