Customer Service is not their thing . I went in on 6/2/16 and sold them my 2014 Infiniti Q50 outright. I worked with Marcin Cybulak. We agreed to a price and he hand wrote the contract s . We even discussed my love of the Infiniti and how I will be looking for a new car when my current lease is up in November. I followed up the next week to check status and he advised to give it more time. I followed up after that and he never returned a call or an email to provide an update. I called the following week which was the 10 days after the payoff and was transferred to the GM Rich Ayash. He told me they always take 20 days to process a payoff. I explained that isn’t what Marcin told me. Rich response was "did I tell you that?' Very sarcastic. I said no but one of your sales managers did and that he speaks for your dealership. He told me to wait the 20 days. On 6/22/16 after more of being ignored I went in. The receptionist was very friendly and sympathetic to my plight. She had Ryan Martin come out. We found out my paper work had never been processed and it is now 3 weeks after my initial visit, they processed it and overnighted the check to Infiniti. I found my account paid in full so I contact the dealer again on 7/5/16, 7/6/16 no one is calling back. It is now 7/12/16 and I have not had any messages returned and still haven’t received the check for the money owed to me for the sale. So once again I go in there in person. I will not leave until this is resolved. No one wants to come out and talk to me. who can blame them? they created this situation and need to own it. I feel sorry that Ryan got stuck in the middle but it is the dealership as a whole failed on this one. Finally my original sales person Marcin comes out after about 15-20 minutes. I was furious. He said he doesn’t understand what happened. Simple you never processed the sale. He said that wasn’t the case. Regardless now the office manager is assisting me and getting a check cut. I waited another 45 minutes to get my check but I wasn’t leaving without it. And funny thing is the check was dated 7/5/16 so they had it that whole time and no one reached out to me or processed it. They probably think I wouldn’t notice the date on their own check but I did. I highly recommend if you are looking to do business with an ethical dealership who is focused on customer service you DO NOT go to Motorwerks Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. When I am ready to buy my next car in November i will NOT be considering this dealership at all. More

1st visit to see New Infiniti Q60 I was waiting 6 months plus for the NEW Infiniti Q60 to come out. It never came to the Chicago Auto Show I was ever disappointed. So as soon as I foun I was waiting 6 months plus for the NEW Infiniti Q60 to come out. It never came to the Chicago Auto Show I was ever disappointed. So as soon as I found that Infiniti of Hoffman Estates had one. I went and checked it out. I walked in and I met a great knowledgeable salesman David Coulson. He said are you interest in anything particular I said yes the Q60 he brought me right to it first sight I already was in love. David was explaining the ins and outs of the car. He answered all my questions that I could remember to ask. Then we went for a ride and let me tell you it was an unbelievable ride. Not only is it quick, it very comfortable/smooth, yet quiet with a nice exhaust note. Unfortunately, I did not buy the car since it is out of my budget for this year, but next year I will visit David and I will sacrifice my vacation to get my car. One major thing I like was that David was not forcing or pushing me to buy the car. Furthermore, the dealership looks and felt comfortable. I truly recommend this dealership for buying a vehicle. Incredible buying experience 'd been poking around on the Internet for weeks and sent an inquiry to this dealership about a '14 QX80. Walt called and we talked and the car was still available. We agreed to meet on Saturday and I arrived at 315p. My children had plans, so I needed to be home by 6p. We went for a test drive and I fell in love! Walt answered all my questions (not your typical hard sell salesman) When we returned, I met the GM Rick, "How did you like the car?" he asked. "I said it's beautiful, but I don't think I'm ready to pull the trigger because I have to be home by 6p." He said. "Palatine is what, 30 minutes away? Yes. Let's make a deal then." They were so warm and inviting. After a quick chat with Rick, they introduced me to Mike, the Finance Manager - that man is a miracle worker! Saved me about $150 per month over the original price. By 530pm I was in the car, setting the preset radio stations and drove on home. You guys ROCK and I would recommend you to anyone! Thanks so much - me and the kids LOVE the car - though with that wheat interior, I make them wash their hands before they get in :-) More
