I walked into the dealer to see what they had to offer because I did not want my car anymore and wanted to trade it in and Joel greeted me at the door, walked me into his office and went over car by car with me till we found something I liked. He gave me time to bring my car in for an appraisal and followed up with me. I came back two days later and traded-in my car for a new 2013 G37x. Him and the sales manager Stu gave me a great deal on my trade-in and knew that i wanted to stick to a certain number with my primary concern being my total financed. Joel was a great, genuine guy and made sure he got me what I asked for. He personally took the time to show me the ins and outs of the car I bought and helped me get everything set-up. I found the vehicle I was looking for on the internet. Ronnie promptly emailed me back along with a follow up phone call. I was invited to test drive the car, and from the moment I met Ronnie, he is not only is a warm & pleasant sales rep, he was very knowledgeable in the vehicle I was looking at, in which to me is very important. (I have had sales people who simply do not know what they are talking about) Once Ronnie confirmed that I indeed liked the vehicle, he made the sales process easy & fun. I believe I my final purchase price overall was very fair, however, Ronnie really made this entire experience stress-free and overall I did not feel like I was taken for a ride...
