Sad that it is no longer part of the motorwerks brand. I’m happy that some of the staff was retained at this location. I have had very pleasant dealings with motowerks and had excellent experience yesterd I’m happy that some of the staff was retained at this location. I am a former Lexus owner, new to Infiniti. There is a starck difference in customer service models between the two. This dealership is new vehicle sales aggressive as you wait for you vehicle to be servi starck difference in customer service models between the two. You all should not waste people’s time with the ads that you post knowing that they are lies and misleading. The ad I saw said one price with delivery included. When I finally spoke with the agent and he fo you post knowing that they are lies and misleading. The ad I saw said one price with delivery included. When I finally spoke with the agent and he forwarded me the docs, it was almost 4K over and I would have had to pay an additional $450 to have the vehicle delivered and that was not right and you all know it but I wanted the vehicle so oh well. But I couldn’t ever honestly refer anyone to you all in the future. More
