The service was above average but still lacking in a couple of aspects which keep me from giving it a higher score. I am uncertain about whether I will be returning to this dealer, but I am optimistic a couple of aspects which keep me from giving it a higher score. I am uncertain about whether I will be returning to this dealer, but I am optimistic about a second visit. I've been to many dealerships before that are worse, so I have a better baseline for rating my experience. I unfortunately did not receive a car wash, nor did I have a service member explain the work that was done to my vehicle when I arrived there, I waited in a waiting room for over an hour when I dropped off my vehicle surrounded by employees and people not wearing masks, and it seems like some of my reasons for service were not resolved completely. Other than those negative aspects, Oscar was friendly and understanding while being conversational when I dropped off my vehicle, unlike the team member that's was very indifferent to me when I arrived for my vehicle. More
