Came in, nobody even wanted to help me. A sales rep finally came up to me, showed me the car. I saw many things that concerned me with the vehicle. Sat with Sales Manager after 2hrs. It got worse. I SHOULD HAVE SAVED MY TIME... I have excellent credit was given a OK rate, while I knew I was a prime rate customer. JUST A HORRIBLE EXERIENCE. You do a couple things with poor interactions, you can damage the reputation of the brand and dealership. I was a customer of Nissan/infinity for 20+ years. Doubtful for the future. More
