Good customer service, high prices I contacted Infiniti of Kansas City about a used Infiniti I found online. The salesman was honest and helpful. Although the car had been on their lot for over 45 days and was still priced above average on Car Guru, they were not interested in negotiating at all. If you buy from here, be prepared to pay 100% of the list price plus a rediculous $500 administrative fee. More

He gave me suggestions and his advice but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I had decided on an SUV, the process was entirely painless filled out an application online Wednesday evening. The process was so quick and professional after on a Monday told him I would like to test drive on a Thursday and purchase on Friday or Saturday. Dallas had the paperwork ready and took about 10 - 15 mins in his office, and I was driving off with my new vehicle. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend Infiniti of Kansas City to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. More
