What was especially valuable for me was that they did an amazing job of reducing the amount I owed on returning my previous leased Infiniti. Then when I called to follow up and schedule an appointment it was made immediatlely. I went down and met with Tony and showed me the vehicles in my price range and walked me through the differences and options of each. The knowledge of the staff, and level of customer service was suprising as I have had some pretty horrific experiences at some other dealerships (Audi for one) Tony was able to work with me and get me into an amazing car even with difficult circumstances (mainly my credit, or lack there of...) To sum up, it was a very positive experience in a retail market that has lost touch with real 'customer service' and I would recommend this dealership and it's staff to anyone without hesitation! I recently took a cross country trip from New York to California, when along the way I started experiencing what appeared to be braking issues with my 2007, G35. I stopped in the Towbin Infiniti dealership while in Las Vegas, to have my vehicle's safety concerns checked out. However I forgot to mention the situation with the airbag. Brian was extremely respectful, courteous, and diligent while working on my car. He explained in great detail the issue with my brakes, before making the repair. He then thoroughly went through my vehicle, and to my relief, discovered the problem with the airbag. I continued on my trip, and made it home with no further issues. He is extremely knowledgable, diligent, hardworking and he tells you the truth. Hard to find in this day and age. I'm 56 years old, own three vehicles and have a lot of experience with car dealers and service departments etc... When you find someone great you stay with them. At least we do. More
