We negotiated with Scott and were given the utmost amount of respect and assistance which resulted in us returning the next day with a check for the full payment of my daughter's beautiful Mini Cooper! :) Her first car which was her birthday gift! Excellent service I purchased a new 2016 Qx50 in November at Pepe Infiniti, where I had purchased my previous Infiniti. The car had an annoying vibration when it went I purchased a new 2016 Qx50 in November at Pepe Infiniti, where I had purchased my previous Infiniti. The car had an annoying vibration when it went into idle at a stoplight. It also had a vibration in the steering wheel between 60-65mph. I returned to Pepe a month after purchase. The mechanic assigned to me, Fernando, took it out for a test drive and informed me that it was because I wasn't using premium fuel . When I told him I was, he said only Mobil or Shell premium would do ! What BS ! I brought the car to Lynbrook for 5000 mi service last week. Dave Irace listened to my story, promised to do all he could, gave a me a loaner too . The idle air volume was adjusted and all 4 tires needed balancing , the car drives like it should now. How Pepe prepped a car and delivered it with unbalanced tires is beyond me. So much for paying a "prep fee". More
