Joel provided fast and excellent service. Took the time to converse like a real genuine person. Only issue, which Joel has no control over, is the transaction fee if you use a credit card. Maybe Infiniti can work closer with their payment processor and/or not pass the extra charge onto their customers. More

While that was annoying that no one else could order parts on a Monday, I still dropped it off knowing I would pay more at the dealer, but I needed the car sooner. Great surprise, they diagnosed it Saturday morning, parts were ordered, and was told it would be ready on Tuesday. Late Tuesday after noon, with no contact, I gave up and called. Parts supposedly didn't arrive until late Tuesday. Now it wouldn't be ready until the following day on Wednesday. Come late Wednesday afternoon, crickets... I gave up and called again, another problem with the tech, so the car wouldn't be ready until Thursday. Fast forward to Friday... again late afternoon and after having left a message, I get a call back and Ben to tell me that in the course of installing the starter, they broke part of my radiator and he wanted me to pay for the cost of the radiator, and the tech would cover the labor. I balked at that, since I was already paying more than DOUBLE my other quote, and I had waited multiple days with numerous excuses for delays. One of the managers stepped up and agreed to pay for all of the radiator expenses - which I truly appreciated. So my repair experience was total crap, (paying double what I could have at it done at a different garage, and not getting it back any earlier as promised) and the communication was the worst. In the end I was happy that at least they took care of the radiator damage they caused. Would I go back? Probably not, unless I had no other choice. More
