Called ahead to see if the vehicle we wanted was still available and scheduled an appointment. We’re a repeat customer so they took a copy of my ID, gave us the dealer license plate and left us to enjoy the test drive as a family. (including taking a infant car seat in and out) This was a big deal to me and really impressed me. One reason I’ll be coming back again. The wife really wanted Bluetooth music streaming to car stereo but couldn’t because the suv didn’t have that feature yet. They offered to install aftermarket accessory that gave us this feature for free. Which was the selling point her her. The dealer goes above and beyond All the staff I’ve dealt with have been top notch professional and personable. Only thing I encountered that was a negative was there service department. Or at least where they out source their used cars to. First suv I bought from them the engine oil drain plug wasn’t tightened so it had a slight leak and the second suv wasn’t clean after it was repaired so It looked like it had an break fluid leak. I used to be a tech so these were not a big problem for me. Financing took a little bit but they did it to get us the lowest payment possible which is what we were looking for. They even offered us company bought pizza for the wait. They give you new plates and stickers then and there which is nice. Overall fantastic experience and I recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. More
