Bad Experience! I recently purchased an Infiniti Q60 coupe. The salesman Randy specifically told me that they had put new tires on the vehicle prior to picking up th I recently purchased an Infiniti Q60 coupe. The salesman Randy specifically told me that they had put new tires on the vehicle prior to picking up the vehicle. It’s been 3 months and the car vibrates and I have to buy new tires. Took it to another Infiniti dealer and they told me that the tires were a cheap summer rated tire and not the tires that should be on the vehicle. Tires were uneven and were substandard. Even though I bought the car certified and low mileage (26k). The salesman Randy Chin specifically lied to me and said he just put new tires on the vehicle prior to me picking it up. I hate being lied to and now have to spend more money on tires. Terrible way to do business. More

When we got there Joe Peters was very knowledgeable about the Q50 that we were looking at. Joe was great to work with ! We made him work hard to get the price that our Son wanted to have for a monthly payment and he got it done quickly. When the deal was done we met with Paul Kay to finance it. Paul was great to work it also. It was neat to use all the hi-tech equipment to sign the papers. It was also great that Infiniti offered a very close interest rate on the loan than our credit union, so we were able to finance it thru Infiniti. Our Son met with Justin Rogers to go over every detail of the car and all of the equipment on it. This was very helpful to all of us and a nice feature that not every dealership does.
