Leased a Q50 3.0T Sport I had a great experience with the dealership overall, and my sales executive John Schultz. I first talked with John on Monday over the phone, let him know what I needed in a car and lease agreement. Tuesday we reached an agreement, and today Wednesday I showed up at the dealership at 9 AM. Car was ready for me. I sat with Sean the finance manager - signed everything electronic - and I was out the door by 10.30 after John had showed me all the features. This is my 5th car I am leasing (second Infiniti), but first experience with Infiniti of Naperville - and this was by far the most pleasant experience and process. Little things also matter ... after the deal was done, John gave me a nice Infiniti key ring for me new car. I know this is very small ... but in the past, always annoyed me a little when you give the guy $45,000 for a new car, and then they hand you a key with a dinky ring on and a piece of cardboard with handwritten stats on ..... small thing.... but they matter! More

John helped us select a vehicle that met our needs and desired price point. He had everything ready to go, so we were in and out of the dealership with a new vehicle in about an hour.
