I just leased my 4th Infiniti from Edie Hebert. She is without a doubt the best salesperson I have ever worked with. Her attention to detail is near perfect. When I've turned in my previous cars, without my reminding her, she has always made sure my personal information was removed from my Bluetooth and GPS. She remembers the conversations we've had over the years and has developed a solid understanding of my likes and needs. And no salesperson has ever delivered a new car to me with the attention to detail and the patience to take whatever length of time necessary for me to understand the technology and to use my new car's features to their maximum. The best compliment I can pay to Edie Hebert is the fact that I could have leased my new M37X at my local dealership, about 5 miles from my home, at the same monthly payment. Instead, I chose to drive 40 miles from my home to lease my car from Edie. As a side note, Infiniti of Naperville now has an Accessories and Delivery Specialist, Ryan Indelicato. Ryan took over Edie's job of delivering the new car to me. The transfer of responsibilities was seamless. Ryan started with the driver's door and we ran through every new feature on the car. It was obvious that he had the Operators Manual down cold. More
I worked closely with both Tony and Steve through the whole process of identifying the car I wanted, arranging for an agreed-upon trade amount for the two cars I was trading and eventually agreeing on a whole process of identifying the car I wanted, arranging for an agreed-upon trade amount for the two cars I was trading and eventually agreeing on a purchase price. Steve drove out to my home to review the two trades and worked with me to deliver them to the dealership. To fully comprehend why I felt like I was receiving special, highly customer importance treatment by these two individuals and the dealership, it needs to be noted that my home is about 30 miles away from the dealership. Customer service, over and above the norm should be the motto of this dealership. I found both Tony and Steve to be completely above-board with pricing, features and what they would/could do or not do deal wise. No games were played and they were friendly and appropriately attentive to my needs and wishes as a customer. I've called them both by phone twice since we consummated the deal with questions about operation or fine points about how the car operates. In each instance, they immediately attended to and answered my questions, or called me back promptly to supply answers. I couldn't be more pleased by the dealership or the two gentlemen (Steve and Tony) with whom I worked. Will definitely work with them and personally recommend them for all future automobile purchases. More
