After going to several dealers to have our SUV diagnosed and told nothing was wrong. We just couldn't except the fact nothing was wrong. Seemed these other places did not care. From vehicle selection to my drive off the lot, this dealership gets it right at every single turn. Although typically the least pleasant step in a vehicle purchase, I found myself in and out of the financing office at lightening speed!!!!! I'm actually embarrassed to admit this, but it happened so expeditiously I can't even recall his name :-(. Sean, I can't applaud you enough for making me feel so incredibly special and truly valued as a consumer. When I began considering an Infiniti I e-mailed the dealership and her back shortly afterward via e-mail from Tony and later that day via a phone call from Sean. I was provided all of the information that I requested without feeling pressured. When I was able to find some time to come into the dealership I called ahead and was told to ask for Joe. When we arrived Joe was immediately ready to help us. He was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He answered all of our questions and presented us with a multitude of options. At no time in the process did we feel pressured. It felt like we were simply being provided the information we needed to figure everything out ourselves. This was by far the best experience I have ever had getting a new car. Their quoted prices were below those of other Infiniti dealers for similar cars and we felt that our final deal was more than fair. After everything had been settled Ryan walked us through all of the features of the car with very clear instructions, answered all of our questions and set up several items for us including pairing our cell phones and adding addresses into the navigation. We purchased a few additional accessories for the car, but we did not feel obligated to do so. If you are looking for an Infiniti you should definitely consider Infiniti of Naperville-Lisle. More
