My wife and I came in to look at and test drive an Infinit JX a couple weekends ago. Bill was super helpful and friendly, and he was able to answer all of our questions about the JX. This is by far the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership and I have bought upwards of 60 vehicles over the last 12 years from many different dealerships. Abe Premani was a class act from s car dealership and I have bought upwards of 60 vehicles over the last 12 years from many different dealerships. Abe Premani was a class act from start to finish. He was straight forward about everything about the vehicle and made sure we not only got a fair price but that everything was up to par on the vehicle. Although I am sure he sells many cars at a much higher price than the used Infiniti I bought, he treated me like I was buying a $100,000 car. Not just Abe though. The location is clean and classy. All the staff smile at you and say hello. There was a guy named Tony I chatted with as they were getting paperwork together. he was extremely informative and just a nice guy to talk with overall. Then comes the service department when they went over the vehicle with us. The Infiniti vehicle expert who showed me how to use everything in the vehicle and even hooked up my cellphone to the cars audio system through bluetooth. Again treating me like I was buying a brand new car. I had one complaint on the vehicle. Unfortunately a day after i bought it. I figured they would tell me to beat it. I stopped in and showed them. They fixed it. No questions asked. Two words for this place....Class Act. You have made a lifelong customer and I will always refer your dealership. Thank you for everything! More

The only problem that we had with the dealership was that we were rushed through the paperwork and were not told about the inspection they did to the vehicle. Other than that, everything was great. My buying experience with Infiniti of Naperville went just as I wanted, but never as I thought it would. It was extremely efficient and there was no run around like I was getting from other dealers acro just as I wanted, but never as I thought it would. It was extremely efficient and there was no run around like I was getting from other dealers across the Eastern US! I had been searching across the country for 3-4 weeks and had an excellent idea of the exact pre-owned car I wanted, the options, model year, and mileage, and colors I would accept. I also had a very good idea of market price I would have to pay after having gone back and forth (and getting the painful run around of "oh sir we could never get to that price, we are a no haggle dealer meaning we don't negotiate"). The run around from other dealers was getting so old and tiresome I was near putting the process on hold for a while to recovery. I had seen many vehicles with the options, model year, acceptable colors, and mileage sell (unfortunately some of which I just missed out on by hours) so I knew very close to the price I would have to pay for what I wanted. I also knew in order to get the deal I was looking for I would have to be ready to jump at the right deal very quickly. Here may have been the most amazing part. I had internet searches from various web sites set up to notify me when a car matching what I wanted came available anywhere within 500 miles of me. My wife called me late on a Tuesday afternoon and said "Did you see the car that came up at a dealer called Infiniti of Naperville this afternoon"? I went on-line, looked at the car, did an on-line chat, and within 2 hours of the call from my wife I told her "I think I just got a deal done that I can live with". Of course you always want to pay less, however it was the exact model with everything I was looking for and I had a fair deal done in less than two hours all done on-line. In the following couple days we finalized all the paperwork for the deal, I flew to Chicago and drove the car back Friday morning. The internet sales team was GREAT! They were straight forward, didn't give me the run around, and I knew through all the discussions we were at a point that was fair. I still joke with the salesman about how he squeezed the last $250 out of me, but nonetheless it was a fair price. As always, in finalizing things there were a few unexpected things that happened. When the car got out of clean up and detail, the salesman noticed the back bumper had a few more scuffs than picky me would be happy with... they had it repainted at their cost before I picked it up. The former owner was supposed to bring the DVD headphones and spare key back to the dealership for them to be sent to me after I picked up the car... the owner could not find them and the dealer sent me brand new ones. Overall it was an excellent buying experience! I would definitely consider using the dealership but most specifically my internet sales manager Tony Saldana again. He was honestly and straightforward with me throughout the process and always held true to his word. It was a far less painfully process than I had already been laboring through at multiple other Infiniti dealers across the country and was smooth, efficient, and Tony and the people at the dealership that I met were friendly easy to work with. More
Steve, Tony and Ryan did a great job of swapping out my 2 year old leased M37X for a new 2013 M37X. They quickly got me set up with the new car while grounding the prior leased vehicle. The whole thing took a lot less time than I expected. Patrick and the finance manager came through for me, and now I have an awesome, shiny red car. More
