I drove up from Indianapolis and I'm happy I did. The next day I was in Chicago taking delivery. Your dealership was great from the time I drove up and met Bob at the door, to a week later when he mailed a spare set of keys that he tracked down for me. I think the single best thing about the experience is how Bob had an even keel about him. He had a good balance of professionalism and for lack of better words, down to earthness. He explained things well and in the end, I left feeling happy with my purchase. I recently bought a new Toyota van for my wife and actually walked away from the first dealer that was inattentive. The next dealership was great and that's where I bought our van. I now have one Toyota dealer that has earned my loyalty for my Toyota (van) needs and I will be using your team when I'm ready to upgrade to a newer Infiniti. Joe Peters was not pushy, even in the slight, and I could tell his goal was to ensure I was happy. I ended up finding a car (2012 G 37 sport) I was in love with, but the seat did not fit my frame properly. Joe Peters was able to help me get the seat modified (removing the bolster plates) at a discounted price. I love the car and the great service. More
