I went and looked at several infiniti's at several different times at lisle infiniti. Mr. Peters made me feel very comfortable. I never felt the typical sales pressure. At no point did I feel like I was wasting Mr. Peters time. everytime greeted with a smile and a customer driven feeling. but when it was time to sign the papers he had his stuff together, he was fast and the car was delievered within an hour. I have zero complaints with lisle infiniti, Mr. Peters or my new automoble. More

They are not pushy, have a great selection, and helpful throughout the whole process. I spoke to Micah Basarich over the phone whom was knowledgeable, friendly, and to the point. He put me in touch with salesperson Ray Wolski whom again, was knowledgeable, forthcoming, and helpful throughout the process. Joe Tiberi, GM, took time to come out and engage in a great conversation about future Infiniti models and the move to their new exciting showroom in Naperville. The kicker though, was Ryan Indelicato, Delivery Specialist, who shows you everything you want to know about the vehicle and preps it with you. And I'm not talking about just showing you windshield wipers and heated seats. He will pair your phone with the car for both audio and phone. Configure your memory seats and pair the key fob with driver 1 and 2. He showed me some fantastic hidden shortcuts for programming GPS audio behavior, and key fob behavior. I consider myself to be a very technical person and was pleasantly surprised about things I would have missed, or eventually figured out 6 months from now. Adam Arliskas, a long time veteran of Infiniti of Lisle, now works as the finance manager and was superb at explaining everything and presenting options without being pushy. I WILL purchase from here again....in their new Naperville store! More

I found this dealer on the web and started working with Micah who is one of their internet sales reps. He was professional, helpful and did everything he could to get me a fair deal. Bob Kozar spent the time with me at the dealership letting me check out the vehicle. We spent at least an hour testing every light, switch, knob, gage, etc. to verify all was functional. Bob was with me and sincerely wanted to make sure I was happy. There was zero pressure to buy. I have purchased many vehicles in my life. Many high-end german cars. The experience at this dealership is on par with the best of the best and far superior to most dealerships in Chicagoland. I highly recommend them. More

While browsing the internet one night I saw an amazing deal on a 2012 g 37x and called first thing next morning. Not only was he friendly with myself I truely feel he enjoyed meeting my parents and close friend making it an overall enjoyable experience.
