Bob Kozar is the best sales representative that I have met, and I've been to many dealerships over the course of a year or more in search of very particular specifications in a pre-owned Infiniti. In short, Bob is a sales "professional" par excellence. He has many years of experience with Infiniti and has been very forthright about representing cars that he thought might be of interest to me. Very patient, no pressure, just excellent follow up and superb customer service. He knows his product. Everyone that I have met at the dealership has treated me in the same way. I highly recommend Bob and Infiniti of Lisle. More

my wife and i were looking to purchase a nice used vehicle, our search bought us to Infinite of Lisle. from the moment we entered the building we were greated by Steve Zeiter, he was not pushie and ov vehicle, our search bought us to Infinite of Lisle. from the moment we entered the building we were greated by Steve Zeiter, he was not pushie and over bearing like most sale people can be. He was very helpful and informative. after leaving the dealership without a vehicle, he (Steve)sent information to me by email, and did not pressed us on making a purchase. Once we returned he showed us a very nice vehicle which we did purchase. and that is why we gave the rating we did. More

Sales staff are non-pressured, friendly and eager to create a sales relationship and not just a quick sale. The salesman accommodated my late night schedule and willingly delivered the car when I was av create a sales relationship and not just a quick sale. The salesman accommodated my late night schedule and willingly delivered the car when I was available even though it was inconvenient for him. I gave them a low price through email that I though was fair and they responded by QUOTING ME AN EVEN LOWER PRICE! They were about $3000 below other dealerships. I hit a paperwork blip when purchasing it through my company and they patiently waited for the blip to clear. When I picked up the car, they actually rewrote the purchase contract because Infinity Finance began offering a rate lower than 15 days prior. Saved me another 1K. Car delivery was highly detailed with a very knowledgeable specialist making certain I knew how EVERYTHING worked. You could go to a dealership closer to your home, but you will not find greater honesty, sincerity or a desire to please and make certain you are satisfied. AWESOME! More

The sales person that was assigned to work with me was not available so the manager introduced me to Mohammed Molzuddin, who was new to their agency so I was initially concerned. That was short lived as M not available so the manager introduced me to Mohammed Molzuddin, who was new to their agency so I was initially concerned. That was short lived as Mohammed proved to be very helpful and quite knowledgeable as he had a history of selling other luxury brands previous to coming to Infiniti. Once we decided on our course of action, with Mohammed's help, everything flowed smoothly. Assad Hamzeh, the Delivery Manager also proved very helpful as he explained the cars features and even helped us set up our phones, seat memory, and other systems which saved me hours of reading manuals. Overall it was a Very good experience. More
