Nick came in on his day off after vcacation to help complete delivery of the vehicle a few days later after I had my loan in order. Their staff is very welcoming, selection very good, and had a nice showroom. The finance guy was friendly and efficient and the final prep guy did a great job explaining all the car functions before I departed with my new car. What a fantastic experience! I was hesitant to shop for a new car because of the hassle and pushy sales experiences I had when visiting dealerships. At Lisle this was not at all the case. I told them what I wanted and they answered my questions and took the time to show me all the features for hours without even pushing anything at all. I was given multiple options to fit my budget and had a great deal within an hour. Bob and George went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable with my car and the process. When I went to pick up the car I felt as if the entire office was pitching in to make the process as fast and smooth as possible. I never felt the need to haggle because it was clear that I was getting a great deal. Ryan did a fantastic job of covering all the features, which is no easy task because there is a button for everything. It has been two weeks now and I keep finding reasons to run errands in my new car. I picked out the Infiniti EX35 after test driving the G and FX. Thank you for a great experience! Kirk More
