Good experience. This is the first Infiniti we have purchased and we are very satisfied so far. All the people we dealt with were very friendly with the exception of the F&I guy but maybe he is not su purchased and we are very satisfied so far. All the people we dealt with were very friendly with the exception of the F&I guy but maybe he is not supposed to be friendly. There were a few pieces of plastic film not completely removed and an inspection ticket that was left on the floor in the car between the front passenger seat and the storage divider, so that was the reason for the 4 instead of 5 in Quality of work. As far as the 4 on price, I felt I got an ok deal as we all would like to get even better especially this time of year and considering the manufacturer to dealer incentive. There was one misunderstanding of price I heard over the phone versus what was on the bill of sale ($300)difference, so that is mainly why the 4 instead of 5. More
