I bought two cars from this dealership but I am reviewing the service department who I’ve been nothing but awesome to me I drive almost 55 miles out of my way from northern suburbs to Naperville because t the service department who I’ve been nothing but awesome to me I drive almost 55 miles out of my way from northern suburbs to Naperville because they get the service done right the first time. They listen, they are accommodating, and very helpful. My 2020 Q50 redsport had a cooling issue and they got me in right away and provided me a brand new loaner since this job may take a day or three to diagnose and fix it the right way. Worst experience with warranty repairs. Bought my car here not coming back to get work done. Got charged a diagnostic fee for something obvious and got told no warranty. I bought a certified pre owned Infiniti from them, specifically for the warranty. Drove 1/2 hour to my appointment for an AC and window problem, only to be told it 'may' cost 180$ x2 to diagnose my p specifically for the warranty. Drove 1/2 hour to my appointment for an AC and window problem, only to be told it 'may' cost 180$ x2 to diagnose my problems to see if they are covered under warranty. So, $360 just to find out if my problem is 'covered'. Unacceptable, we declined their 'offer' and left. Buyer beware, certified pre-owned warranty does not mean anything...would have been nice to be informed of these costs prior to driving out for my 'warranty' work More
