Service visit Brought my car in for an AC check, turns out It was leaking and found a few other issues. All were fixed and covered by my warranty. The only thing that I would recommend is, if there are some extra things found an the timing is going to be over an hour it would be appreciated if they would come out and say so sooner than later . The orhers were slicksters who wasn’t getting my money. My next step was the Mercedes dealer, but thanks to Jay, I never made it there. Also all of the service emplyees who I’ve delt with were excellent and didn’t make me feel stupid although at times I was coming there for stupid reasons (not knowing how to work all the extras). Also, I don’t want to leave out the service manager, Nigel Disilva, he was very pleasant and accommodating. and made it a point that we met. More
