Additionally, the service department staff really make it easy to have any repairs and oil changes done. without worrying that I will be charged more than the estimate given. Nigel makes sure that I am kept informed at all times. I've dealt with so many in service over the years - Anthony Chirico and Anthony Tippett stand out. I gave them 5 stars because they deserve it and that's what keeps us coming back. More

Very long wait times that exceed their own estimates by 50% Generally, the quality of service is very good. The problem is wait times. It took 1 hour and 40 minutes for an oil change. That is way too long. On top of that, estimates on the phone before arriving and when handing over the keys, were an hour. The result, missed meetings and lost money that goes well beyond the value of an oil change. More
