FANTASTIC I brought my 2015 Infiniti in for regular service and to have the trims touched up. The service person, named Brandon couldn't have been more helpful. I brought my 2015 Infiniti in for regular service and to have the trims touched up. The service person, named Brandon couldn't have been more helpful. He got me a replacement vehicle, a 2018 Infiniti and patiently explained how to use all it's features. I wound up keeping it for several days because I was going to the Cape for the weekend and the rim touch up was not finished before I was leaving. I returned the replacement and when I went to pay for the service I discovered my wallet was missing. Both I and another service person searched the vehicle but could not find it. I went back home and searched my place but still could not find it. Before replacing my license etc I called and asked for Brandon. I explained my predicament and he said he would call me back. He did in 10 minutes and he told me he had found my wallet. He is my hero. More
