Kevin gave us an estimate of our monthly payment if we decided to keep it and he asked what monthly payment we would be comfortable with on a new lease. He found us the QX60 in the color options we wanted and hit the nail right on the head with our payment. We even have a few upgrades from our last QX60. No haggling back and forth! He delivered as promised so we didn’t give him a hard time about payments. We closed the deal and signed paperwork in record time. Pleasant experience from the first greet as we walked in, sales rep (who was not pushy) Sales manager who offered us an AWD for same price so we didn’t have to wait, and all the way up to finance department. Delivered our new SUV gassed and clean. Hassle free and quality all the way through and through. This is the reason why this is my 4th Infiniti and why I will continue to be back! Thank you! More
