When I first inquired about purchasing a car from Infiniti of Montclair, Saul was quick to get in touch with me. He was courteous and friendly. While Saul initially recommended a car for me, he ultimately made a different recommendation in my best interest for a car with a longer warranty. While at the dealer, he was very helpful with the paperwork, and even helped me get things out of my old car to my new car by offering me bags to put my things in. The small details make a big difference In addition, Saul offered to come out to my home to help me program the garage door opener if I am unable to figure it out. This is top notch service, and Saul should be recognized for it! More

Never as promised There service department has no sense of time. This was my second time there after new management in the service department. First visit they had an impromptu meeting and didn't bother to tell the clients who were waiting for their cars. It took almost 3-4 hrs for an oil change. Plus my gauge readings weren't reset. This second time I went, it took almost 2 hrs. This time the under carriage cover of the car was not placed on correctly. It has to be replaced and I'm expecting them to replace it since when I brought the car there I had no problems with it. .. WORSE PLACE EVER FOR SERVICE.... STAY AWAY!!! More
