Brought my car in fir an oil change. They performed routine service check which included checking tire tread. The tires were brand new. Their investigation confirmed this but they rotated the tires anyway and charged me for it. Not happy. Brought this to their attention and they corrected by reversing the charges. Lesson learn- if the vehicle does not need a particular service, don’t do it and don’t charge the customer. More
