First bad experience, dropped car off on Friday night for starter issue. Was never called on status, only to call and find out they needed to keep car over weekend. We had a great experience with our Sales rep John. We had looked around multiple infiniti dealers for the Qx80 we wanted but no one had the specific one we wanted ... while other dealers reached out to us to looked around multiple infiniti dealers for the Qx80 we wanted but no one had the specific one we wanted ... while other dealers reached out to us to tell us they COULD get it (there was only 1 within a 100 mile radius) John reached out to us to tell us he DID get it.
